The Emeritus University of Puebla through the Mathematics Academy of the School of Physics and Mathematics


to the Sixth International Conference on Mathematics and its Applications (6CIMA), which will take place from September 2 to 6, 2019, in the School of Physics and Mathematics of the University of Puebla. The Conference focuses on research, learning, and dissemination of mathematics.


  • Talk : oral contributions are 20 minutes long, plus 5 minutes for questions

  • Poster : outreach contributions, only. The poster size must be 90cm * 120cm, vertically oriented. The poster session will be 1 hour long.

Registration process

The registration deadline for contributions is July 28 30, 2019, 17:00 hrs.

Authors of accepted contributions will be notified before August 4, 2019.

Conference Fees

In order to confirm the registration, each participant must cover the following fees.

Organizers, collaborators and invited speakers are exempt of fees.

Payment Methods

NOTE: It is necessary to send a copy of the payment voucher to cimapayment@fcfm.buap.mx, as soon as possible, indicating whether or not invoice or proof of payment is required. The original of the payment voucher must be presented at the registration table of the event.

  1. Foreign Participants, due complications on the way you have to make the payment, you are asked to make it at the time of your arrival at the conference, for a total of 400 MXN.

  2. BUAP Community, if you require a registration payment certificate, it is necessary to fill in the information required in this document and send them along with your bank voucher to cimapayment@fcfm.buap.mx. The certificate can only be issued the same month corresponding to the payment date without exceptions.

  3. General Public, if you need to invoice, it is necessary to send your tax data along with your proof of payment to cimapayment@fcfm.buap.mx. The invoice can only be issued the same month corresponding to the date of payment without exception.

To access your certificate

The delivery of participation certificates will be done only:
  1. if a copy of the specified payment was sent to the email cimapayment@fcfm.buap.mx, and
  2. if the original payment voucher was presented at the registration table of the event.

Any questions related to the certificates must be dealt with by Master Brenda Zavala López, at the email bzavala@fcfm.buap.mx.

Closing banquet

The closing banquet of the event will take place on Friday, September 6 at 3:00 p.m. at the Casa Montejo Restaurant located at 22 South 5103, Villa Carmel. The cost per person is 200 MXN, which must be paid due on September 2nd, at the time of the inscription to the conference.
