For authors: the abstracts in both pdf and LaTex formats (use this template) of the talks and/or posters must be sent by mail to one of the organizers of the session where you wish to participate, the title of the talk must be specified in the message, the full name of the person who is going to exhibit, the institution of origin, the type of applicant (undergraduate student, graduate student, professor or researcher), level (divulgation or research) and mention if it is a conference by contribution or a conference by invitation.
The registration deadline for contributions is July 31, 2025.
Authors of accepted contributions will be notified before August 2, 2025.
In order to confirm the registration, each participant must cover the following fees.

Note for Billing: he invoice for your payment can only be issued in the same month corresponding to the payment date and if it was sent before the 25th of said month to the specified email (cimapayment@fcfm.buap.mx), no exceptions will be made.
