Resumen:

The multi-particle productions in proton-proton collisions at the Large Hadron Collider (LHC) at energies up to 7 TeV exhibit some interesting features in the high-multiplicity events, which are usually seen in relativistic heavy-ion collisions. These features, contradicting the general understanding of multi-particle productions in proton-proton collisions prior to the LHC-energies, have generated immense interest in understanding the high-multiplicity proton-proton events, resulting several contradictory models claiming to explain the features in the respective models. In the talk, some of the features of the pp collisions at LHC will be discussed, which points to the formation of collective medium, similar to that formed in relativistic heavy-ion collisions.
